STEP ONE
Listening and Understanding the Concept
All our projects start with a face to face meeting where we will discuss with the Client all their requirements in great detail. This will normally be conducted at your place of work as we have found clients to be more relaxed and focused on the project. It is really important at this stage to gather key objectives such as target audience, design ideas, company brand, competition and general purpose of the product. We will then explain in detail the design process so both parties are clear on how the design will proceed.
STEP TWO
Analysis & Design
After the initial meeting with you we will analyse the collected data to prepare the initial design concepts. At this stage we will also develop a full sitemap for our web projects, showing each individual page and navigational linkage system to all other pages. We also use this data data to research business competition and to ensure we create superior material that will give you an edge over them. We will then quickly proof each of the designs and decide which to present to your company.
STEP FOUR
The Final Product
The implementation of the final product requires the least client interaction of all the steps. This is where we focus on mastering the design from feedback on previous stage. Even though at this stage the Client should have a good idea of the end product, we strive to take it even further and try to exceed their expectations. The code in our web projects are thoroughly tested at this stage for browser compatibility, broken links and against the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) mark-up validation. When all is fully tested we upload all data to our secure web server and invite the Client to verify everything before it goes live.
STEP THREE
Concept Verification
With the planning stage and initial design completed we arrange to meet with the client or send design concepts via email. The aim of this stage is to filter through the design options to a preferred concept and gather any other recommendations to further enhance the end result. It is vital for the client to express what they like or dislike at this stage so our creative team has a solid design on which to work.
Once a design has been verified the customer will be asked to sign it off then the second payment will be collected.
